Many of the techniques you’ll learn will be useful in your day, and in your PLAY.

About the teacher: Mary Baumgartner is a former Big 10 golfer. She was a four year letter winner on the University of Minnesota golf team 1977-1981. Fast forward to the new millennium and Mary is now an accomplished yoga therapist who still enjoys golf and recognizes the benefits of her yoga practice in her game. While often focused on health and wellness issues with her clients, Mary recently decided it’s time to apply the tools of yoga to things we like to do to make them even more joyful. And that is how this series came to be. We hope you’ll join her for a fun 5 weeks leading to lower scores throughout the summer.
